Update: HB1850 adopts floor amendments

Mahalo to our State Senators for listening to us and acknowledging that HB1850 is fundamentally flawed. The amendments that were adopted are a step forward, but we must remain vigilant in making sure this bill doesn’t move backward. Meanwhile, people are now “renting” tents on our public beaches on Airbnb.
